She had a babysitter that was close to the clan that helped her be able to spend time with her mother before that night happened. She became friends with Neji a few years after that. At the academy, the others noticed that Sana was able to have a conversation with Sasuke and mistook it that Sasuke liked her. It caused the rumor of Sasuke liking long hair girls. She has kept her promise to protect Sakura with the help of Naruto. No one has figured out she's also an Uchiha since she hides her sharingan. She plans to confess her feelings to Neji.
